What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?
In case of cancellation of your subscription, your dedicated database will be deleted. No data is stored.
Do I need a server to host Simpleez?
No Simpleez is a SaaS solution hosted in France. Each customer has their own database. So you don't have to worry about hosting or upgrades.
We all have our inventories in an external tool (GLPI, ServiceNow, Jira...), can I import my items into Simpleez?
Yes. All you have to do is export your inventories from your external tool, then re-import your data via script and the Simpleez API.
Of course, Simpleez being very customizable, you will have to recreate your equipment models.
My organization uses Google Workspace, does Simpleez know how to manage this environment?
Not yet, but we are working on it. Today, Simpleez only manages Microsoft 365 and Microsoft On-Premise.
I want to interconnect my HR tool with Simpleez, can I do it?
Yes. All the functionalities present in Simpleez are available via the API. You can therefore create an interface between your HR tool and Simpleez.
And if necessary, our team can also assist you in developing this connector.
I have several Microsoft 365 tenants, does Simpleez know how to manage these constraints?
Absolutely, Simpleez is designed to support organizations with multi-tenant, multi-company and multi-site constraints.
I have a hybrid Microsoft environment, is your solution compatible?
Yes, Simpleez relies on an Active Directory connector and Entra ID, and knows how to manage hybrid environments.
Where is the data hosted?
Simpleez's infrastructure is based on Microsoft Azure.
All our data is stored in datacenters hosted in France.
